"Real thorough job."

Christian came out for a maintenance check-up on our furnace. The furnace is really old and our landlord hadn't serviced it in 10+ years. Christian did a real thorough job and gave me a service report card at the end of the visit. I gave that report to my landlord, and now he's actually considering replacing it.
