I have been using IRBIS for the past few years for my HVAC maintenance. I love that they call to remind me when I’m due for service, and it’s not something I have to remember to schedule. All of their technicians have been great (Alonso, Angel, and others). They’ve been very professional and friendly! They take the time to explain what they are doing and to answer all of my questions. When my water heater died, I was happy to see IRBIS does water heaters. Even though they couldn’t come out on Sunday, they were worth the wait. Jonathan did the initial assessment and was great at explaining what went wrong and what our options were. We decided to replace our gas heater with a heat pump water heater. Raymond came out the next day and helped us understand our options and all of the rebates that were available. Everything was clearly listed out, and options were available for side-by-side comparison. Jose and Benedicto did the installation and were also amazing. They worked cleanly, answered my questions, and spent extra time to make sure everything met my expectations. All of the people at IRBIS, including the schedulers and rebate specialists, show a great deal of pride and care in their work. I’ve always been happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC or water heater service.

Installer was timely, courteous, helpful, and did a clean install. The IRBIS team was also extremely helpful in getting the maximum rebates and coordinating that part of it. Communication was always clear and timely. Would recommend!

We recently had a Gree heat pump installed. Immediately, the unit sounded loud, but Irbis came right back to take a look. It seemed fixed, then super loud again. After several more visits, Irbis swapped the unit out for a new one, and we couldn't be happier. Irbis definitely went above and beyond to make sure things were right. Deciding to replace our gas furnace/AC with a central heat pump was overwhelming. So many confusing choices we didn’t know where to start. My brother-in-law was very happy with his IRBIS experience, so we gave them a call. Tim came for a consultation and clearly explained all our choices – their pros and cons. He was perfectly happy to describe the least expensive system to the most expensive system, never trying to sway us one way or another. He just made sure we were thoroughly educated so we could make our best choice. After talking with Tim, IRBIS was our first and only quote. While the internet is helpful, nothing will ever replace a conversation with somebody who knows and stands behind their products. Dmitri and Jose installed our system in 2 days. They were very careful and treated our house like it was their own. Installation was well designed and executed (see photos). They cleaned up every day (more than I clean myself!) and took every precaution to protect our home. This central heat pump was the last appliance to make our house completely gas-free. By the way, if you go 100% electric, make sure you contact your utility company and tell them to officially turn off your gas. Otherwise, they will continue to charge a minimum fee (ours was $45+/mo) even though we weren’t using ANY gas! Bruno was incredibly helpful informing us of possible rebates. I tried to find them, but it was too confusing, so I asked Bruno for help. He guided me through every rebate. It must have been painful because I’m the worst when it comes to paperwork. :) But he was always very patient and pleasant until we finally got it all worked out. He found far more rebates than I even knew existed. I can’t say enough good things about IRBIS. With so many contractor horror stories, it’s great to find a company that knows the value of good service. It’s no accident they have so many 5-star reviews.

I just had Irbis replace my 17+ year old Rheem gas water heater with a new Rheem Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heater and after two days of using it, I love it. While it doesn't quite make sense to me, I swear it gets hot water to my kitchen sink faster than the old one did and should end up being a lot more efficient than my old gas water heater. And I also have to add my praise to the Irbis team who installed this new unit. They were polite, knowledgeable, and they worked diligently and took the time to make sure I was good with the placement of everything for the installation. And they left the area clean and tidy. All in all, I am very pleased with the product and the whole experience!

He quickly identified that two of our vents were pinched—likely causing furnace overheating—and discovered a hidden air intake filter that was nearly impossible to access and hadn’t been changed for years. The day of install, they showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. Discussed all the steps with me as far as how they were going to install the product and what's going to go where.
